BSc (Hons) PGDip MCSP HCPC APPI
Owner & Physiotherapist
For the last 11 years, he has worked in two highly regarded private practices in Central London with a diverse client group including Olympic athletes, professional tennis players and Principal Ballet dancers, as well as the sporting serious, weekend warriors and of course the non-sporting population. He has also worked with a Premier League football team and semi-professional rugby teams.
Paul moved back to live in Brighton in 2013 and now brings a wealth of physiotherapy experience in setting up Physio &, here on the South Coast.
Paul is an accredited Pilates teacher and has completed Masters-level qualifications in Strength and Conditioning. He also guest lectures undergraduates on the Physiotherapy degree course at the University of Brighton.
Paul’s passion is to help clients to understand their condition and to facilitate a realistic treatment plan, allowing them to achieve their goals and return to their chosen activity as quickly as possible.
He believes it is also fundamental to enhance and futureproof their return through superior performance and technique; to get the most out of what their bodies are capable of in future.
MSc BSc(Hons) MCSP HCPC
Keith ( or ‘Ronnie’ to his friends) has almost 20 years of experience in the physiotherapy and health industry, having completed a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and a Masters degree in Physiotherapy.
Following a stint in the NHS, he began working in one of London’s premier sports injury clinics. During this period, he also worked with the English Institute of Sport, treating a range of British teams and Olympians. He was Head Physio for England Lacrosse, treating the team at European and World Championships. He also built on his passion for cycling by working with British bike fitting pioneers, Cyclefit.
Having undergone numerous surgeries as a result of his own injuries, Keith now marries his professional expertise with his personal experience to treat his patients with knowledge and empathy.
Collaborative injury management is at the core of his practice, where patient goals and treatment preferences are front and centre.
Despite the injuries, sport is still his passion – although he’s traded the rugby pitch for sea swims and cycling.
We are delighted that Keith has been able to join us at Physio & having relocated to Hove with his family.
Paul and Keith worked together in London for many years and have a very similar outlook and approach to physiotherapy and rehabilitation. We think he will be a natural fit for Physio &.
