Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact method of exercise that focuses on the quality of movement and the development of foundation strength, using your core.

Pilates can form an integral part of any rehabilitation from injury. It aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Core strength is central to good movement, which is why we have developed Pilates practice into our treatment of patients.
